Default Renix to HO fuel pressure questions

ive got a 89 with the HO swap, 19lb ford injectors, and a 01 intake with 94 throttle body... i was wondering if i should upgrade the fuel pump in my current tank and whats the best way to go about doing it? would a sending unit and pump from a HO fit in my tank? or would i need to swap the whole tank... if thats even possible... or would it be better to do some kind of aftermarket pump on the frame or something and run a draw straw? what pressures do the 2 pumps run at and would is it even needed in the first place? I just want to make sure im not starving my jeep of fuel... thanks!
