Default removing swaybar link bolt

Trying to remove the pressed in bolt without damaging the piece of metal it goes through..if I use my t55 and a breaker bar will it just ruin the socket or will it actually loosen it up...anyone have any suggestions...tried a hammer but all it did was bend the bracket...

Use Ball-Joint Press or a C-Clamp and socket, with some heat on the bracket. The post is splined, twisting it will just damage the bracket. The T55 will most likely break first anyway.

Pitman arm puller works good too. Can be rented from your local Autozone or Advance Auto Parts store.
