Default Removing stuck rotors

Does anyone have any tips for removing stuck rotors? I've tried numerous things including pb blaster, a torch, and a trick i read about on here where you wedge a 2x4 between the rotor and strut mount and turn your wheel (this might work but i don't feel like damaing the power steering system in the process, it wasn't coming out after what i thought was a decent ammount of force)

Should take the wheel off then the two bolts for the caliper, then remote the caliper to get them off. If they won't budge then I would use a hammer to break them loose likely held because of rust

Drums are usually the tough ones to do. You just gotta heat the areas between the lug studs red hot then tap with a hammer. Works every time. What kind of torch are you using? Propane and mapp gas won't cut it.

I used propane right in the area described for about 5 minutes, no luck

The obvious is the answer here. When you get the caliper and caliper bracket off put a few lugs back on and give it some lashings. They can get frozen on there with rust and crap specially when they haven't been touch for a while. Use a 10pm sledge of you got access to one

If using a propane torch you could try one thing. Heat it as much as the thing will do, then throw a big cup of ice water on the rotor (make the ice water like 10 minutes before doing this so its cold). The rapid cool off will help to contract the rotor faster than the hub and maybe break it loose.

I had this happen when I changed my front hubs but on the passenger side. I used an air hammer and the thing popped off within seconds.

If youre hitting it with a hammer and its not coming, youre not hitting it hard enough.
