Hey y'all! Picked up a new hitch at the JY and had the hardest time getting the bracket bolt of the last muffler hanger. That last bolt is needed for the hitch. The other problem i have is removing the bumper. If I don't have to remove the bumpers, is there a way I can get the bolts to tighten down on the right frame? I had to put bolts and washer through the frame.

 

I always plan on new hardware no matter what.
