What is the eaayest way to get the shackle bolt out of the leaf spring bushings? When I did my lift it was aal and I put it together without removing the top leaf so I nvr took it off the shackle. Im getting a full leaf pack out of my buddys rig that flipped the leafs are only 1 month old. I plan on putting my old leaf pack back into his rig because he might keep it and just chop the top

Sitting there with an Ingerseoll in reverse while one friend lowers and makes the rear higher while another holds a pry-bar 2 inch from your face. Getting the shackle bolts out is so easy putting it back in not so much. Just did a leaf-springs about 2 weeks ago. Got the HD from Quadratec got about 1.5 lift. Putting the shackle bolt in was a pain we evently got ticked off trying to perfectly align them so I took a 1/2 inch impact and sat there until it caught threads didn't care actually, it didn't strip it I can take them back out.
