I want to make my doors removable today but im concerned with the door having play and not closing right. Has anyone whos made there doors removable have any problems with it not closing correctly.

 

I cut the bottom part of the hinges of on mine so there removable. The door closes fine even after several removable and reattachments. However be prepared to spend plenty of time adjusting the bolts on the hinge and the striker in order to get the door to line up just right. It's well worth it in the end in my opinion.

 

you will have to ream out the hinges to the same caliber if you want them to not sag.
