So it's a 98 xj, I replaced the batteries in the remote about two weeks ago and it has been working fine since I've had the jeep (about a year and a half). The electronic door locks still work fine. The remote was literally working yesterday, I worked on wiring my new roof rack lights (grounded them on the rear bumper and left the battery connected) and then it stopped working except when I'm like 20 feet away it locks some times. Is there something I can jiggle or reconnect? Thanks
