I am taking off my front bumper and making a new one but Where should I relocate that black ball on the passenger side that was connected to the OEM bumper? And how do I get the hose out of the ball to relocate without ripping the tubing.

On top of the passenger side fender well, towards the firewall, there is a spot where you can put it out of the way. If you need more line...You can get some vacuum hose and connections at your local auto parts store.
BTW referring to your signature... was he asking for an adjustable? Crescent does make combo wrenches...

No, it is not that easy on mine. Of course I would have tried that first but it feels like I am going to rip the tubing.
