Red Fluid Leaking From Tranny

I have a '94 Cherokee 2.5l 4 cylinder with a 5 speed manual tranny. There is fluid leaking from the tranny. Is that transmission fluid? I had thought only automatics had tranny fluid? Please help!

It is coming from your t-case. T-cases use auto trans fluid, even in manual applications. HTH!!

So do I have to replace the gasket maybe? I'm not quite sure exactly where it's coming from, but I'll get back to you...
