Ok so enough with the cat banter it was removed and one will be put back on. So my fuel pressure is 32 and 39 with the regulator un plugged. All the sensors were replaced when rebuilt. I know I have the distributor indexed correctly that was a issue when I first put the engine back in. All new vacuum hoses. I did find that I was losing fuel pressure as soon as I shut down the truck after checking a couple things I found a leaking injector these were new also. I just put another one in and am now testing to see if it fixed my problem. I will let y'all know if it does as for the torq specs u would suggest getting a book I did and it helps a lot If I had it I front if me u would tell you but u don't sorry.
