I have a problem with the rear wiper on my 2000 XJ. Wiper was operating fine on intermittent and then I noticed it went to full on, had to remove the fuse to stop it. I thought it was the rocker switch, changed it out and still have the same problem of full operation with switch on or off. What could be causing this ?

 

The wiring to your rear hatch is broken. It's very common.

 

Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be safe.
