Rear wiper not working

Ok so I have a 91 cherokee laredo

the defroster works and the spray did work I haven't tested it lately see that its useless right now.

so i need to know your thoughts its either the motor or the relay

I have checked the fuse and have changed it out. if i put a new fuse it and press the wiper button my fuse will blow.

what do you think is causing my wiper to not work?

Either the motor is bad, or the wiring is shorted somewhere. Start by disconnecting the power plug from the wiper motor and see if the fuse holds.
If it does- change the motor. If it does not, work your way backwards until you find the short.

most likely the motor. common problem.

It was the wiring broken and corroded on mine. Pull the rubber boot on the drivers side between the lift gate and the car and inspect for broken wires. 9 of 13 were broken on mine.
