Rear wiper dosent work

My rear wiper hasnt worked since i bought my 98 xj. I want to fix it. But dont know where to start. Any ideas?

Check your little wiper motor back there. Just pop the hatch and pull the trim out and check it out to see if your getting power back there. If so, then is the wiper motor shot.

Does it work when you hold down the button to spray the fluid? Mine worked for spraying the fluid, 2nd click, but not by itself, 1st click. I replaced the dash switch with one from the jy, $10 easy cheap fix.
