Rear Wiper dosent wipe entire back glass

Not the best picture but the best I have right now. wiper hangs down a little bit and dosent wipe the entire rear windshield. Is it the linkage or what needs to be done?

Hell, at least yours works. You could pull the arm off and adjust the placement so that it wipes a bit more but it looks close to normal from what I remember when mine did work... Then again I bought it used and not sure that it worked normal for me...ever.
