Default Rear wiper arm fell off!

This is starting to **** me off. I'm on my second rear wiper and wiper arm and this one fell off. I was just driving home from school and it was raining pretty hard (so of course I had it on). All of a sudden, I look at my rear window and it still has rain droplets on it. I pulled over hoping it fell off somewhere close and of course, it was nowhere to be found.

Any ideas on what I can do for a more reliable rear wiper setup? I'm getting tired of losing them because the wiper arm and wiper are around $30. I'm gonna go to the JY for parts this time, hopefully it'll be cheaper.

how are you losing it? it should fit on there very tight. If not, grab a new motor that has the right size shaft, and make sure it's pressed on all the way

I just turned the wiper on, and drove home. My guess is it somehow came loose and then hung on by the washer fluid hose for probably a mile or so, till i hit a bump and then it fell off.

When I put this wiper arm on, I made sure the nut on the shaft was as tight as I could get it. Maybe vibration is slowly loosening it up? My idea is to put some locktite on the shaft before I tighten the nut down next time.... What do you think?
