Im only getting about half of the wiper making contact with the glass? Anyone got a idea what will fix this?

Replace the blade and arm, I assume if you look at it you'll see one or the other is bent?

 

I agree with rawk krawler. Check to make sure the arm isn't bent if not you may have to replace the arm. A lot of times the spring in the are gets weak and won't let it press against the window correctly. I don't know if you can get the spring alone?

 

You can order a new arm from Advanced Auto on-line. I don't think they are available in the store. They are about $15.
