I have looked around for some answers but most are telling me to replace the motor. To start the rear wiper will run a full cycle when I press it all the way down to wash but when I leave it in intermittent it will go about half way up then stop until the next signal from the relay and counties to do so.

Any ideas?

 

Could be the switch. In my '00 the switch went.
Would only work when pushing it all the way for the washer.
