Default Rear windshield washer not working.

My rear windshield washer doesn't squirt when I push the button and I was wonderingg if the pump is broke or what?? The front works though. Its a 99. Thankd

I have the same problem with mine..haven;t fixed it yet , but I do know what's causing it....first, if you have a DVM , check to see if you are getting 12v to the rear washer pump....if you are, it's a bad pump...just make sure to check your wire connections ....or you may have a corroded wire at the pump.....pull down the inner well cover over the L/F wheel to gain access to the washer reservoir and then have another person operate the washers for you to narrow down which is which..and go from there....if you do have power and it does work your washer jet may be plugged.....hope this helps !!!

Sometimes you have to hold the button at least on mine you do...just pressing it once does nothing....for mine hope this helps

Easy check of washer motor just switch the plug from front one to it see if it works ,to test wiring put rear plug on front one .

Not sure if this helps but I just changed both my pumps and the bottom one of the two was the front and the top one the rear. Kinda oddball, but I also noted that the rear pump had two hot wires going into the plug vs. only one into the front.
