Ok, i am fixing up my 98 cherokee and the windows worked fine. I replaced the rear doors with ones from a 2000. Windows no longer work. I pulled panels off and plugged in old window motors and still don't work. I pulled front door panel and plugged in a different switch plate, you guessed it ...still don't work. Checked all fuses in kickpanel and engine management box- all were fine. Any ideas why my rear windows don't work?

 

Guess you need to trace where the power is being lost with a VOM.
