What is the suspected issue with bearing/seal? Is bearing making noise or heat, or is gear oil leaking into brake drum?
I prefer to replace both wheel bearings or unit-bearings when one goes bad.

As a rule i would i had somone else does it as i was in hospital but yes to both the bearings are crunching or grinding when setting of at a turn and its leaking same as the first time when i replaced then it was good but has gone again there is a droning noise from the diff i think its the spider gear been worn but cant see this damaging the bearing

Can you put both rear wheels in the air and spin the wheels? Listen to the wheel bearings and see if they are actually the source of the grinding
The only thing I can think of that would cause a new bearing to fail is either manufacturing defect, or due to improper installation, but its really easy to install a wheel bearing so a mechanic shouldn't have any excuse for messing that up.
Regardless, they are pretty easy to change but on the Chrysler 8.25 and Dana 35 they do require pulling the differential cover off to remove the center pin and c-clips to slide the axles out.
