Rear turn signal issue.

Rear turn signal issue.
This is probably some mucked up wiring somewhere but I'm having an issue with my turn signals.
When the vehicle is running and I turn on the left turn signal, both rear signals flash. The front signals operate normally. And again, it only malfunctions when the vehicle is running. O.o
I haven't found any obvious wiring issues. Any legitimate ideas?
