Default Rear Tire Carrier

So I scored a used rear tire carrier at the junk yard today for $30. It's a little rough and unfortunatly most of the bolts broke. So I was wondering if anyone has one that still have the instructions so I can see how to put it back on mine properly.

If you took it off in the Junkyard shouldn't you be able to put it back on your Jeep?
