Rear pinion bearings
It's gotten to the point where I need to park Raider in the garage and tear the rear axle apart to replace the pinion bearings. I already replaced the seal once, hoping it would last a while (Out of winter that is), but the new seal only lasted 3 days at best and is now leaking worse than the old one was.
So, anything I should do while I have my axle apart? Or any tips? I already have a rough idea what I'll have to do for the bearings, and I have Alldata and a chiltons at my disposal.

Stock Dyna 35, and no I've only had the cover off of one once. And that was only for a flush. I was however planing to ask a co-worker to come over and help me though.

You're going to have to properly set the pinion depth, backlash and carrier bearing preload.
You'll be miles ahead by picking up a Chrysler 8.25 from a 97 or newer XJ....and grab the driveshaft from the donor rig while you're at it.
