Default Rear hitch bolt size?

I have just installed a new rear bumper from roxolid. I like the bumper. It has straps that extend under the unibody frame so it can be attached to the same place as what I am guessing would be a stock trailer hitch. The hitch mount holes have nuts welded in inside the frame. I cannot find a bolt that will fit.

Wondering if there is anyone who can give me the specs for a bolt that will fit that nut.

Thanks,

John

well theres quite a few different nut strips you could have. The bolts i put in mine were 5/16 although i only used nuts on the bolts.

These nuts seem to be welded inside the uniframe rail.

you can use washers and regular nuts, thats what i did. just put a weak tac on the nut and held it with it, snapped it off after i was done.

I could do that but I think I would much rather have the slides with the nuts on them. You can just slide them into the frame and there ya go. Make it a little easier removing it and reinstalling it if I ever would. Which is highly unlikely.

Default NUTSTRIP -- bolt size

Still need to know the bolt size. What diameter and length ???

thanks, Randy Oceanside, CA

PS: planning on putting in a gas tank skidplate and rear hitch and need
nutstrips and bolts .... Seems the strip does not come with bolts.
