Same here. I'm learning not to buy parts at Autozone, but the struts I got there work perfectly. Easy fix, too.

After getting a bad battery and other smaller items I'm against auto zone plus by me it seems they hire anyone that can just speak, no offense but in an auto store shouldn't they have some knowledge to help People. Pep boys by me has good parts and staff.

Just fab up some mounts and put some 2.0 fox shox on there....... Wouldn't that be so sick. A total waste of about 200-300 bucks but it would be awesome

Ya it's totally unrealistic. Only if I won the lottery and had so much money I didn't know what to do with. Ill just take mine off before that ever happens. Mine r shot too that's why I have thought about that but I just use my axe or my shovel. Whatever I grab first.

I have gotten some stuff from advance and had it shipped free to the store and picked it up

I have had some pretty poor experiences with their customer service. I got my ball joints online because of a %20 off coupon and went to the store to pick it up. In the "computer" they sent the joints to three different stores, one of which wasnt even in my state. Even though the store I was standing in had them all in stock I couldnt pick them up there.

I spent three hours on the phone with customer service before someone figurd out the could do an interstore transfer of the part orders

I ordered a hitch for my van from there, also because of the discount. THEY sent me the wrong one, different from the part number on my receipt. They wanted me to pay return shipping, AND shipping on the correct part. That took two days of "let me speak to your manager" before I finally got someone who wasnt stupid and could fix the problem.

I will still get random stuff from them if I can go and get it off the shelf, but be careful with any of the online stuff. It can be a pain in the ***

How do you get them to ship it to the store?? Advance Auto doesn't seem to want to do that...I tried to put a order in, but the items were out of stock at my local store. It basically required me to have it shipped to my house and charge me for shipping. I know Autozone you can have the items shipped to the local store, but Advance Auto say they won't do it.

I don't think they offer that option.. Have checked the stock at other local stores?
