Rear Door Squeaks Open/Close

Rear Door Squeaks Open/Close
So my Rear Door Squeaks when it is Opened or Closed. Doubt it's the hinges so that leaves the holder mechanism. Just how does the holder work and where might I lube it? Any pics floating around?

You talking about the door check? Just open up the door and spray some white lithium grease on the rod near the door... then work the door open and shut... repeat until the noise is gone.
