Rear bumper please help

What's up with this gap In between my bumper and the jeep, never had one on it before so I put one on. I know it's not upside down, is it the wrong mount brackets? Or is there some trim that goes there?

Your missing the plastic trim... Well mine has plastic trim on the bumper between the body and bumper

There is a plastic (or rubber) cant remember.. piece that covers that area normally.

on my 99 there is no gap or trim .... on your 92 ( i think is what you have ) there could be a trim piece ...... try to look at another one of your same year jeep
