I got hit from the back of my jeep so i had to take off the bumper because it was preventing me from opening the back hatch. I left the two rear bumper mounts still in place. Are they good tow points in the rear to wrap a tow rope too?

 

Most likely not. Depending on the how big of "tug" that will be needed to pull you out could just rip the mount right off.
