I have a 99 XJ with a PSC tire carrier/bumper on the rear. Had noticed that it started to lean and bounce more than usual. Had noticed the bumper mounting points were cracked causing the bumper to lean. Had to take the tire and jack out to relieve the weight on the bumper. The bumper has support mounts that mount to the hitch mounting position. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what you did to fix it. TIA
