Default rear blocks

i have a 1997 cherokee and i want to put 2inch steel blocks in the back with new u bolts, would i have to change the shocks or could i use the same ones?

Imo I wouldnt do blocks.You could get shackles for about the same money,But your shocks should be ok with just 2"s of lift.

ok thats what every one keeps telling me and do you think autozone would carry shackles or anyone you know of

NO they wont have em,try Rustys off road,I got their 2"budget boost for 100$ that was for the front spacers and rear greasable shackles when I first lifted mine.They shipped fast too. I also see rear shackles on ebay alot for about 40$ if thats all you need(rear)

2 in of lift you don't have to have new shocks, imo i feel like mine are almost toped out though
