Be aware that if you elect to replace the wheel cylinders there's a good chance you cannot break the brake line flare nuts loose at the wheel cylinders and you'll end up twisting/ruining the brake lines.
You might try wire wheeling/brushing the rust off the brake line flare nuts then soak them in penetrating oil for a day or two before attempting to break the flare nuts loose. Kroil penetrating oil is the best. PB Blaster is like putting lace curtains on a pig's **** in my book.
You can fabricate new lines but they won't have stone guards, if that's an issue to you. I think you can get new lines from the dealer. They come with stone guards - mine did.
