Default Rear Axle seal replacement

So I pulled the drum off on my Jeep when I was changing tires, discovered that the seal is starting to seep. I checked the other side and it was not the case there. I still have to check the vent but my question is how do you change an outer axle seal on a 1996 Jeep cherokee, 4wd, with a chrysler 8.25?

You will have to pull the axleshaft out, this is done by removing the retaining clip in the differential.

This is for the D35 but the procedure is similar. http://www.go.jeep-xj.info/HowtoAxleSeal.htm
