really quick question
my power windows would not work...so i did the window mod with the paper clip thing...
It worked fine....but now my power drivers seat stopped working
are they tied in together?....if i undo the window mod....will my seat work?

don't think they're tied in together. does your windows still work?
check your fuses and/or plug harness for your seat. does your passenger seat work?
