I've been around quite a few vehicles and never had a problem finding the fuse panel, but my 96 g cherokee fuse panel on the dash is m.i.a. I have to be missing something can someone please help me. Do I have to take the dash apart ?? Cause there's no "fuse door"

 

fuse panel on zj is on the end of the dash, passenger side. butts up against the passenger door panel.
