Hey guys i was think on going to 6" lift. Right now I've got RE 4.5". I was wondering do I need new control arms or will the ones i have right now work. I'm planing on fabing up my own coil spacers and blocks. I know i need bigger shocks and pitman arm. I also have a sye with a tom woods driveshaft. so my concern is mainly just the control arms and anything else i'm not thinking of.

You don't need the pitman arm, it will make things worse and give you dump steer.
You can use your control arms, but you should get some drop brackets as the ride will be harsh and you are more likely to damage the control arms and their mounts.
Make sure you have long enough brake lines.
Only use blocks as a short term thing. Get some shackles, or shackle relocation brackets, or some tnt u-bolt eliminators.
