I think others will agree that a short arm with that much lift will ride like hell.
Is it complete with UCA's, LCA's, Leaf packs, adj track bar, sway bar ext, brake line ext, shocks, etc? If so, seems like a good deal to me.

I am at about 5.25 now and it rides some what ok but I also have fully adjustable upper and lower arms. But I would like to go to a long arm kit pretty soon so I can get more down travle and a better ride. I would get the kit if it had adjustable arms if not then just wait and keep saving

I am sitting on 6.5 with short arms. Although they are adjustable the ride is rough and I feel every bump in the road. A custom long arm is definitely in my future plans. If you can live with the ride the 400 sounds like a good deal provided the kit is complete. You don't want to throw it on and find out you need to sink a couple hundred more for parts. You will need a SYE for that much lift.
