Default Which RC 3" lift

I am going to be purchasing a lift for my XJ soon. I am looking at the RC 3" lift and maybee adding 2" spacers and shackles. My question is that there are 2 lifts that they offer. A 3" Entry level lift and a 3" with arms. What makes the one with the arms better if anything. They appear to be pretty short. Which one should I order?

the cheaper one is already spacers and just AAL's... so you cant use the spacers with it... unless your stacking spacers which is no good... i had the 3.5 EZ ride on my ZJ with 2in coil spacers front and rear... bad idea... because the arms are designed to go that high and arnt long enough... so i got DW real bad... you might could get away with 1in spacers on the more pricey lift there... but i dunno even about that... itll also pull your tires forward in the back... and backwards in the rear sligtly due to the shorter arms... however i was able to keep my spacers in by running a old man emu steering stabilizer... but most in here will tell you thats a cover up fix... which it is... at the time i just didnt know that... goodluck with your build!

Niether of those kits come with spacers. They both have 3in lift springs and the AAL. I may get the full pack if I can swing it. Are those arms worth anything with trying to add spacers? Im not planning on doing long arms. Im in Fl and we really dont have much to crawl on here at all. Mostly a DD.

The stock control arm is stamped from a piece of steel and is fairly wide. When you turn all the way to lock with larger tires the back of the tire hits or comes very close to the lower control arm. The RC control arms are round and adjustable. This allowed the tire more room when turning tight because the arm is not so wide. If you are going higher than 3" also consider the RC drop bracket kit. It made a world of difference for the on road ride on my 6.5" RC lift.

that kits doesnt have adjustables... there fixed... although it might make alittle more clearance with tires but if your running a 10.50 tire which is bout all you would run with this small of lift then youll be fine.. 12.50 on a stock wheel will barely catch... which by then running a different wheel with better backspacing would be a better fix and the kits to fit a 12.50 (32ish maybe and most 33's) they all come with lower arms and most are adjustable... where everything said above is true... it doesnt really come into effect with this size lift IMO... your better off with the cheaper lift... BUT one day youll wanna go higher lol... and neither of these lifts will have any salvagable parts for that really...
