Rattling/Smoke from Hood/Stalls

Rattling/Smoke from Hood/Stalls
Recently I have encountered issues with my 1995 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0L. As listed in the title the problems are Rattling when accelerating (Louder the more I accelerate.), Smoke coming from under the hood, Stalls when Idle. Engine coolant looks blacks and "bubbly". I am by no means a mechanical type of a person.
I appreciate any help in this issue. I have searched this and came up with many different problems but I am trying to pin point the exact issue.

As for the oil leak it could be coming from you valve cover. But to make sure you can clean your engine and run it for a bit and hunt the leak down. That would be the best way to know where it coming from.
