You want a 50/50 mix on the antifreeze. (much cheaper to mix it yourself).
Ethylene Glycol doesn't transfer heat as well as water is why it's 1/2/-&-1/2. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethylene_glycol

UPDATE!!!!
Let the new water pump dry overnight (Sealant) put antifreeze and water 50/50 in and started her up. Engine sounds great. NO MORE RATTLE!!! Woot hopefully that fixed it for good. If you're having the same problem it wouldnt hurt to change the water pump unless its new. i got a brand new one from advanced auto for like 34 bucks and 10 or so for a gallon of coolant.

Glad you figured it out and it was a simple fix. Your pics of the waterpump didn't work however, I'm curious to see the condition of the water pump based on the noise....

noise is gone, the pump was sorta easy to get out, i suggest taking the fan out first, we didnt, it was a b**ch getting back in but then again we didnt take the fan off.
