Rattle noise when idle and driving
91 Laredo new rebuilt engine. New water pump new tires brakes and just got oil and it serviced a month ago
My noise is front end under the middle of front seats. It rattles off and on not consistent but will rattle every time I drive. The weekend I was going about 40. And I hear a sound like a tool dropping on concrete. It was quite for a day.
I was suggested that my flexplate/drive plate ( it's what my manual calls it) bolts may be lose. I went under my car. The inspection plate was on too tight for me to get to the flexplate. It didn't have leverage. Today my cars oil pressure dropped. When running it stays locked at 50 hot cold idle drive. It may waiver a bit but never down to 40. Today at temp it was about 45. And when stopped or slowing it was at 30. Not good right? I could use some help. I put a call out to two garages but no word back on cost just to see what may be wrong. Here is the sound of the rattle with my hood up. This was before the tool drop noise but the rattle is the same just a bit quieter.

At the beginning of the vid.. When you're in the jeep. It sounds most definitely like a flex plate.
Open the inspection cover and check for loose bolts.
Plenty of threads that cover it. Make sure to loc-tite the threads
If it's really too tight.. Spend your money on tools. Tools get you more knowledge

Yep.
And 30# hot idle is excellent oil pressure. Minimum spec is 13. Pressure rising/falling with RPM and engine temp is also normal. It's gonna drop off some with warmer weather.
