Default Rapid Loss of Coolant

I have a 93' Jeep Cherokee XJ, and it is rapidly burning/loosing anti-freeze. I just replaced the radiator, and the thermostat, but that didn't seem to help. If I fill up the coolant tank to the max line, drive it, and then come back later, the coolant line often goes down 1-3 inches. Any ideas?

There is only 2 places your coolant can go. If it's not leaking out onto the ground then it is burning it. That would mean a bad head gasket. Check for coolant in the oil and oil in the coolant and do a compression check and leak down check of the cylinders and cooling system.
