Angry Random Stalling Problem

1994 Cherokee 4x4 4.0 6cyl

Randomly when engaging the clutch, the engine will die. I can watch the RPMs plummet from 3-4K down to zero >.< as if someone reached over from the passenger seat and turned off the key.

It only does it when I have to stop or down shift. I can pop the clutch and it starts right back up, no issues. Can ideal just fine and get up and go with no problem. The only issue is the random engine kill after pushing in on the clutch.

This is what I have done so far:
Replaced Fuel Pump (4/13/11)
Replaced Fuel Filter (4/9/11)
Smoged checked for any lines leaking/disconnected, replaced and fixed broken ones (12/1/10)

Where else should I begin looking because at this point I have no idea... Was thinking about maybe replacing the MAP and TPS sensors as I can get them online pretty cheap, but if its not needed why mess with it.

Anyways thanks for looking, hopefully someone out there can help.
