Default Rain equals leaks

We got a good rain and my visor on the passenger side is wet. Where could it be coming in? I don't think it's from the windshield

Windshield would be the easiest to fix. If it's not coming from there it would have to be coming in the seam on the edge of the roof or a hole in the roof itself. Think about how it was parked, i.e. level, off camber, on a hill whatever and try to figure where its getting in.
