Radio Problem
I have a 2000 xj with stock cd/tape player. Since I bought it the lights on the time display don't work. The lights on equalizer always work. Was wondering if anyone had this problem. Could it be a ground or do I just need a new radio.

what about if my FM doesnt work but my AM does...FM was working and it all of a sudden didnt. Possibly a wire disconnected/coroded somewhere?

if you would look at the antenna wire its a coaxel (bad sp) the inner wire is the AM connection and outer mesh is the FM. IF there is a break in that mesh it will cause the issue you are having with reception... like someone else said... pick up a new one at pepboys and fish it through
