Lol. That's what I did. Did OEM from advanced auto and with coupon codes I got new hoses too and spent the same as just the radiator

Free,that's a really good thought.
I took a look at the AC lines going into the condenser and they are completely rusted. About to fall apart. I ordered them today. I am putting dye in the system after I install the new lines. AC does not work at all now. Just another thing to add to the list.

Sysco, you're right. I could always return.
ITT,that's a great price. I just hate plastic tanks. I'll keep it in mind though. Thanks.
ATE,the trans lines are something I am worried about.i want to have pressure fittings. I do not want a hose with 2 worm clamps.
Did u reuse your old fittings?or buy new ones?where?

Mine never leaked at the welds. It always leaked where the fins meet the end tanks. I don't think it was braised properly.

It may work fine if you don't take it off road bit like said above most of the problems was where the fins meet the tank.

Am I forgetting anything?
Whats the purpose of deleting the heater valve? And why use distilled water?

HCV is a time bomb. Opens and allows coolant to flow through heater core when heat is turned on. On 97+ models jeep stopped installing them because they suck a gnomes ***.

^^^correct^^^
And using distilled water is the cleanest water you can use.
Tap,and in my case well water, has minerals in the water that can leave deposits throughout the cooling system. Not good.
Always use distilled h2o in your cars and trucks.
And always collect yor used coolant in a 5 gallon bucket and bring to a shop that accepts collection. It is bad for your family and the neighbors downhill.
