Radiator Suggestions
#16
I am new to Jeeps, no expert but something else I saw this morning that I didn't see on the things you checked was the heater control valve, evidently it can cause heating issues. If anyone knows specifically what the problem is with these please let us know (sorry for hijacking your thread a bit).

I just went thru this on mine, Found a replacement rad for like $90.00 online. But It's still the stock 1 row radiator with plastic tanks. I went to Radiatorbarn.com and bought a two row aluminum radiator for a little more money,($150.00 Delivered next day!) But Got the added volume and ALUMINUM not plastic..

Ive had the same problem with my 96 cherokee sport replaced t stat like four times flushed radiator twice all this within 3 months also replace the ac fan and ran new hoses,it turned out to be my clutch fan wasn't putting out like it should hence no cold a/c jeep would overheat unless i stayed at a steady pace above 45 mph.
