I am new to Jeeps, no expert but something else I saw this morning that I didn't see on the things you checked was the heater control valve, evidently it can cause heating issues. If anyone knows specifically what the problem is with these please let us know (sorry for hijacking your thread a bit).

All I've seen is that they have a tendency to leak

i dont want to jack your post thread but i have trany coolerand oil, and i was just wondering if a 3 row will fit?

Yes. I have a 2-row plus condensor and I run a tranny cooler in front of it. Very wise choice running tranny and oil coolers IMO

Ive had the same problem with my 96 cherokee sport replaced t stat like four times flushed radiator twice all this within 3 months also replace the ac fan and ran new hoses,it turned out to be my clutch fan wasn't putting out like it should hence no cold a/c jeep would overheat unless i stayed at a steady pace above 45 mph.
