Radiator Overflow Hose

That's because you're looking for a coolant recovery hose. It doesn't exist. It's actually just generic hose you can buy by the foot at your local auto parts store. You can probably even find it at Home Depot.
If you still have a piece of the hose, take it with you to O'Reilly, Auto Zone, etc. and get them to match it off one of their reels. If you don't have the hose, pull the overflow bottle out and take it with you to see what fits on the nipple.
