Radiator leak

Model: Cherokee
Engine: 4.0
Radiator leak
I have heard that with the newer cherokees you can only take the plug out like once and then it will start leaking. Anybody have an idea of how to fix it or should i just get a new plug? And can you get them at any autopart store or from a jeep dealer?
