Default Radiator Flush-2001 Cherokee

Where is the radiator drain plug on a 2001 Cherokee Sport (6 cyl) and what is the easiest way to access (above or below)? I can access the lower hose as a last resort but would rather use the plug as I would assume it sits lower on the tank.

x3. After messing around trying to get to it with different small tools. I got frustrated and just pulled the lower hose. However, my flushing method might be different than what you're planning. I pulled both upper and lower hoses and the thermostat and heater hoses and stuck the garden hose right in the block and ran hot water through it until it was clear. Then I stuck the hose in the top radiator inlet and flushed that until it ran clear. Then I stuck the hose in the bottom inlet and forced the water out of the top. I also poured hot white vinegar mixed 1/2 with water down the heater hose into the heater core and let it sit for 5 minutes (kind of like cleaning the coffee pot) and back flushed it with a funnel and hose until it ran clear for a long time. I replaced my hoses and thermostat and everything works like a charm.

One of these rubber tips (attaches to garden hose) makes flushing really easy.
