Default Radiator Fittings

I'm having some trouble finding out what the part is called that I need. Ol'Jeep has been overheating and there is a crap ton of rust in the coolant so I'm pulling the radiator to see if it can be flushed, or if I just need to buy a whole new one. Anyway, I have broken the transmission coolant line (the one without the QDC) because the fittings were stuck together.

So my question is, what is the piece called that screws into the radiator that the line connects to? I found the line at rockauto, but cant find that separate connector.

I agree 100% if it was that bad just replace. My son and I both have one we bought at AutoZone $100 Lifetime Warranty and in store to boot. Neither of us have had a single overheating issue with them on or off road.

Thanks guys, bought a new one from rockauto after the repair shop quoted me at least $100 to rod and flush it. Ordered it yesterday and I t'll be in tomorrow.

Just in case anyone was wondering, I did figure out the answer to the original question, you can actually find that fitting at Lowes or I even went to O'Reileys and they had it. It was a 3/8 in coupler with a flange on each end. Who knew...

I am having the same issue replacing the 90 degree elbow on the lower line. Can you help me out with exactly what you got to remedy? Thanks ahead of time.
